- 1 file (juice and zest)
- Abundant oil for frying
Step by step
- Step 12 minTurn the meat from the rabbit's hands upside down, leaving the central bone.
- Step 25 minMarinate with zest and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Step 35 minBeat the eggs lightly.
- Step 410 minBread the meat with flour, egg and fresh breadcrumbs.
- Step 510 minHeat the oil and fry.
- Step 6 (Optional)20 minYou can also place the breaded on a tray and bake at 180º.
- Step 7Good appetiteServe with lime mayonnaise. To do so, just add the mayonnaise with lime juice and zest.
