Breaded rabbit hands with lime mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 8 rabbit hands
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 150g fresh breadcrumbs
  • Q.b. Salt and pepper
  • 1 dl mayonnaise sauce
  • 1 file (juice and zest)
  • Abundant oil for frying

Step by step

    Turn the meat from the rabbit's hands upside down, leaving the central bone.
  • Step 2

    Marinate with zest and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3

    Beat the eggs lightly.
  • Step 4

    Bread the meat with flour, egg and fresh breadcrumbs.

    Heat the oil and fry.

    You can also place the breaded on a tray and bake at 180º.

    Good appetite
    Serve with lime mayonnaise. To do so, just add the mayonnaise with lime juice and zest.
